These longer sessions allow a more relaxed atmosphere for client and coach to complete the necessary intake forms, while still providing a coaching experience for the client.
Each session will consist of 40 minutes of coaching and 30 minutes of administrative work, with time for the client to ask questions. This process will be repeated over 3 sessions.
